How Does the Delivery Process Work?
Great question! When you call to rent a roll off, we will set you up with the right size dumpster and have you explain what type of debris you will be disposing of, then we will go ahead and schedule the delivery. It is a simple process that will only take a few minutes.
As you wait for you roll off dumpster to arrive, there are a couple things you need to be aware of. If the dumpster is being delivered to your house, make sure your driveway is clear of any vehicles or extra clutter. The haulers will not be able to place the dumpster if the area is not free from obstruction. The same guidelines apply when the haulers pickup your dumpster once you are finished with it. If our haulers cannot safely pick up the dumpster, you will be charged a trip fee. You will also be charged a fee if your roll off dumpster is overfilled. Please remember these guidelines. We wouldn’t want you to be charged extra!
The delivery process is simple and easy to follow. Most dumpster rental companies only allow you to rent a dumpster for 7 days. However, here at Chattanooga Dumpster Rental we allow you to have it for 10 days. If your project goes longer or shorter than expected, that’s okay! If you need it longer, the cost is only $10 extra a day until you are finished with it. No matter how long you need the dumpster, just call us whenever you are finished and we will come to pick it up. It’s as simple as that!
Do I Need a Permit to Rent a Dumpster?
In some cases, our customers don’t want a roll off dumpster taking up space in their driveway so they decide they want it placed on the street. We can place it in the street, however, we need a permit to be able to park it on the street. If a customer is unable to obtain a permit, we unfortunately cannot legally park the dumpster on the street.
